There are no refunds or returns after custom materials have been created, approved, and sent to print.
Changes If changes are made to the original information supplied a $30+GST artwork fee will apply per change.
Cancellation In the event of a cancellation of an order a non-refundable fee of $40+GST will be charged to cover administrative and artwork fees incurred. Cancellations will be given within 30 days of the order placed.
No Response or Approval: If the customer does not respond to an email for approval of artwork in 90 days they forfiet the order and will not be reimbersed.
