2. Proof: In 24 hours you will be emailed a proof. Review and if everything is perfect, reply to the email with "I Approve".

3. Delivery: 7 to 10 business days you will receive your order.

Please leave blank if you don't want to personalize your brochures you just want a large quantity.

 

Shipping & Returns

All orders are printed once approved and will ship within 2-4 days. Shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

There are no refunds or returns after custom materials have been created, approved, and sent to print. 

Changes If changes are made to the original information supplied a $30+GST artwork fee will apply per change.

Cancellation In the event of a cancellation of an order a non-refundable fee of $40+GST will be charged to cover administrative and artwork fees incurred. Cancellations will be given within 30 days of the order placed.

No Response or Approval: If the customer does not respond to an email for approval of artwork in 90 days they forfeit the order and will not be reimbursed.
